With various campaigns and initiatives on the horizon, we’re hiring a skilled Marketing Coordinator to assist with the execution of various marketing needs to reach company goals and increase brand awareness.
The key responsibility of this role is to support the organization and execution of campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and will partner with agencies and partners on the launch of campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role will also support digital marketing initiatives including posting website blog, press, and social media updates.
The right candidate for the Marketing Coordinator role will be an exceptionally organized and collaborative project manager who is obsessed with executing and refining processes to meet deadlines.
This executional role requires the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once and collaborate with partners and agencies to ensure that deadlines are met, and details are not overlooked. Aylo Health is a growing organization that operates similar to a start-up; this role requires this candidate to be organized, self-sufficient, and a problem-solver.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Calendar & Campaign Execution
- Work directly as the coordinator for marketing campaigns based off the annual marketing calendar; Prepare advance production timelines for marketing agency and vendors, plan for recurring projects and major campaigns.
- Key player in the campaign launch process by coordinating tasks between agency partners, uploading assets to DAM, completing campaign content inventories and delivering assets to agency on time for campaign launches.
- Coordinate needs, manage deadlines, and deliver final assets for print, billboards, TV and other traditional mediums.
- Develop and manage campaign landing pages and structures.
- Develop branded content as needed including copywriting and creating social, email and blog elements.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders and agency partners
- Act as project lead for regular recurring and ad-hoc marketing projects.
Social Media and Online Presence
- Respond to positive and negative online reviews daily in near real-time, using appropriate responses that meet brand and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Content Strategist on social media calendar; schedule out all social media posts and blogs.
- Make regular updates to aylohealth.com by building and managing landing pages, implementing redirects, and updating various details across the website.
Requirements:
- BA/BS and/or 2-3 years of equivalent working experience.
- Working Knowledge of the following tools strongly preferred:
- Asana or similar project management tool
- WordPress or similar CMS
- Social Posting Tools (i.e. Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
- Listing Management Platforms (i.e. Yext)
- Canva or Adobe Illustrator
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to quickly and concisely articulate writings on assigned topics.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and demonstrated strengths in managing multiple projects/deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, high growth environment.
- Eagerness / desire to learn and jump in on new projects.
- A qualified candidate for this marketing project coordinator position should have experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns.
