Job Description

As the Marketing Coordinator for Bavarian Bierhaus, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the reputation of Nashville's only authentic German Bierhall. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute all aspects of marketing, including digital, social, and traditional marketing strategies. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise will contribute to the continued success and growth of our establishment.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and engagement. This includes managing the website, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to build and maintain a strong online community. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews.Traditional Marketing: Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, such as print advertisements, flyers, and promotional events, to reach a diverse audience.Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. Maintain and enhance the Bavarian Bierhaus brand image.Content Creation: Generate compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics, to captivate our target audience and showcase the unique Bavarian experience.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to track progress and make data-driven improvements.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the culinary and event management teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals and promotions.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI while achieving marketing objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.Strong creative and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent project management and time management skills.Knowledge of German culture or language is a plus but not required.How to Apply:If you are passionate about marketing and ready to take on the exciting challenge of promoting Nashville's premier German Bierhall, please submit your resume, a cover letter, and a portfolio of your previous marketing work along with the application.Bavarian Bierhaus is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
