Marketing Manager, Gear Store

ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for a driven Marketing Manager to build and evolve the external Anduril Gear Store. This includes establishing foundational operations-tech stack, logistics, inventory management, and customer service-and leading go-to-market efforts for Anduril's key product launches throughout the year. You'll partner directly with the Design team to develop a store experience that reflects our company values, honors the military community and protects the integrity of the brand across every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented marketer who can oscillate between in-the-weeds e-comm execution and big picture GTM operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead & own the foundational and strategic growth of the Anduril Gear Store, including tech stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, etc) CRM marketing flow, logistics, customer service, and inventory operations.
• Define forward-looking strategy and gain executive buy-in through C-suite.
• Market analysis. Be the expert on what best-in-class merch stores look like and how they execute.
• Maintain Gear Store backend, from plug-ins to order flows.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production, restocks.
• Build toward long-term business impact by leading product curation, partnerships and community/creator engagement.
• Lead GTM for Anduril Gear Store, driving demand through compelling content and well-executed rollouts in partnership with Anduril's social and design teams.
• Drive development of best-in-class assets for AndurilGear.com & associated social content in close concert with Anduril Design.
• Source, manage & maintain relationships with external partners for e-commerce & fulfillment.
• Drive product vision & assortment planning alongside Anduril Design.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, or digital marketing in an apparel brand capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital.
• Experience building and scaling e-commerce infrastructure (ideally with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Operational fluency-comfortable owning logistics, inventory planning, and cross-functional program management
• Deep understanding of brand, and how to extend it through product and cultural storytelling
• Collaborative, strategic, and highly organized-able to work across teams and disciplines
• A deep belief in Anduril's mission to support national security through technological superiority
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range

$146,000-$194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
