Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Merchandising Specialist to join our Product Innovation team. This role is responsible for curating and coordinating branded merchandise-ensuring that each item reflects doTERRA values, supports product use, and enhances opportunities for sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Innovation team to determine merchandise items for the dōTERRA Marketplace (e.g., apparel, accessories).

• Research, recommend, and propose merchandise items aligned with customer preferences and the doTERRA brand.

• Coordinate planning and onsite execution of the doTERRA Marketplace at key events, including set up and take down.

• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to guide item selection and make informed decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Innovation and Brand Marketing teams to ensure merchandise supports brand identity and strategic goals.

• Assist in developing forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies for merchandising.

• Track and report sales, profitability, and inventory performance across events and channels .

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, marketing, business, or related role

• Strong eye for fashion, design, trends, and consumer appeal

• Willingness to travel and work onsite at key events

• Requires the ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Solid understanding of budgeting, pricing, and inventory management

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships
