Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow and enforce all company safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
  • Support internal production teams by ensuring timely removal of full pallets and loading of empty pallets to minimize downtime.
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and maintain active certification.
  • Use RF scanners and VMUs to accurately record material movements and FG inventory.
  • Operate shrink-wrap machines and print/apply finished goods (FG) labels using label and ribbon printers.
  • Apply packaging accessories such as corner boards, slip sheets, and secondary labels.
  • Inspect materials and finished goods for damage or discrepancies; report issues to supervisor immediately.
  • Complete shipping and inventory paperwork accurately and legibly.
  • Follow 5S principles to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Stack and arrange materials as directed, following safe stacking procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or warehouse lead.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and work orders.
  • Able to write routine reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Familiarity with using scales, scanners, and measuring devices.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment in standard situations.
  • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must obtain valid forklift certifications for sit-down, stand-up reach, and/or order picker equipment as required.

Pay Range: $21.22- $22.25/hr
