Medical Assistant – Aesthetic Med Spa
Full-Time
We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support our Owner/Injector in a fast-growing aesthetic medical spa. This role is perfect for someone who brings professional energy, loves working with people, and is genuinely excited about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.

What You'll Do
Support the Owner/Injector with patient care and treatment flow
Prepare treatment rooms before and after services
Assist with patient intake, comfort, and post-treatment support
Chart accurately and thoroughly in the EMR
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain a clean, organized, and calm clinical environment
Help create a seamless, elevated patient experience
Support inventory organization and daily clinic operations as needed

✅ Qualifications
Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred
Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness setting is a plus
EMR experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Commitment to patient privacy, professionalism, and teamwork
