Med-Surg RN - Day & Night Shifts AvailableLocation: Palatka, FLSchedule: Full-Time - Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)Salary: $29.73 - $43.20 per hour, based on experienceShift Differentials: $4.25/hour for nights | $2.00/hour for weekends
Job Summary:Are you a compassionate and dedicated Med-Surg RN seeking a rewarding opportunity in a supportive environment? Join our dynamic medical-surgical team at a 99-bed acute care hospital in Palatka, Florida. We are currently hiring for both day and night shifts. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in North Central Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-focused nursing care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to patient response
Address patient needs promptly and anticipate potential issues
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of acute care Med-Surg RN experience required
Current Florida RN license or Multistate Compact License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire)
Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
