    Job Description:

    What You’ll DoProvide clinical support, including:
    • Taking vital signs, conducting EKGs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing
    • Triaging patients and assisting during procedures
    • Ensuring rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patient use
  •     Support administrative and team coordination tasks:
    • Call patients, assist with scheduling, and prep clinic documentation
    • Enter data into the electronic medical record (OMR/Epic)
    • Facilitate smooth patient flow and communicate updates to staff and patients
    Partner closely with MDs, NPs, RNs, and fellow MAs to support efficient, compassionate care deliveryWho You Are
  •     A reliable, empathetic team player with excellent communication skillsAble to balance independent initiative with collaborative teamwork
  •     Organized, calm under pressure, and deeply committed to patient careProfessional in demeanor and respectful in every interactionWhat You BringRequired:
  •     High School Diploma or GEDAt least 5 months of direct patient care experience (as an MA, CNA, EMT, PCT, or a nursing/medical student with completed clinical rotation)
  •     Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate electronic medical recordsPreferred:MA, CNA, EMT, or LNA certification or Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting
  •     Phlebotomy certificationExperience in oncology, specialty, or hospital settings
