Medical AssistantLocation: Bensonhurst, NYSalary: $50,000 – $60,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: Looking for a Medical Assistant who enjoys working with kids and families in a fast-paced yet supportive pediatric office. You’ll help with daily clinical operations, ensuring every young patient has a positive and comfortable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pediatric patients and families for exams and immunizations
- Take vital signs, height, and weight measurements
- Record medical histories and update EMR records
- Assist physicians during checkups and procedures
- Perform lab tests, collect specimens, and manage results
- Maintain exam rooms and stock medical supplies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Certified or Registered MA preferred
- Must have experience in a Pediatrician Office, Family Practice Office, or Urgent Care Office
- Spanish, Arabic, Creole, Russian, or Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
