Full-Time Medical Assistant
Location: Bay Ridge Brooklyn NY
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We’re hiring a Medical Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations at our Bay Ridge office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, consistent hours, and meaningful interaction with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits
- Document patient information and vitals in EMR
- Assist providers during exams and treatments
- Handle patient communications and follow-up tasks
- Ensure compliance with office and safety procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited MA training program
- Minimum one year experience in a Pediatric, Family Practice, or Urgent Care setting
- Spanish, Arabic, Creole, Russian, or Mandarin speaking a plus
- Familiarity with EMR systems and pediatric protocols
