Medical Assistant
Location: Bensonhurst & Bay Ridge Brooklyn NY
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $50,000 – $60,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re seeking a Medical Assistant with pediatric experience to support our team of physicians in a welcoming and organized clinic environment. You’ll be part of a practice focused on children’s health, family support, and efficient patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recording vital signs, growth charts, and immunization history
- Assisting during pediatric exams and administering vaccines
- Maintaining EMR documentation and scheduling follow-ups
- Supporting lab work, specimen collection, and coordination
- Preparing rooms and ensuring a safe, clean workspace
- Providing parents with aftercare information and next steps
Requirements
- Experience as a Medical Assistant in a Pediatric, Family Practice, or Urgent Care Office
- High school diploma or GED (CMA certification preferred)
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Arabic, Creole, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus
