HealthFirst Family Care Center, a Certified Great Place to Work and a wonderful place to make a difference, is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team of mission-minded healthcare professionals, supporting our psychiatric nurse practitioner by working in our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and psychiatric programs.

Who you are:

You're a compassionate, highly organized Medical Assistant with a passion for making care more accessible, especially for those navigating substance use recovery. Our MAT program is a lifeline for many-and as part of that team, you'll play a critical role in restoring hope and improving lives. We collaborate, innovate, and celebrate progress together. And yes-we've been named a Great Place to Work, because we invest just as much in our people as we do in our patients.

What you'll do:

  • Support MAT and psych patients by prepping for visits, documenting vitals, and coordinating follow-ups
  • Perform phlebotomy, administer medications and vaccines, and assist during exams
  • Track patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with providers, pharmacies, and insurers to coordinate care
  • Champion quality improvement and patient satisfaction every step of the way

This is more than a job. It's a chance to be part of something bigger.

Apply today and help us bring hope and healing to the communities we serve.
