Job Description

Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention.

Pay range:

  • Hourly

$28.02 - $38.77

The Float Pool provides valuable staff coverage for all of Overlake's outpatient services. This position requires travel to clinics in Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, and Redmond.

Staff in the Float Pool are trained to cover multiple departments including primary care, urgent care, and specialty care. Candidates for this position must be available to work Monday-Friday for variable shift hours and have their own personal vehicle for transportation.

Full-Time / Days

Monday - Friday / 8 hour shifts

$5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires

Float Pool Premium: $2/hour

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required.

  • Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) or Interim MA-C through WA State DOH required (the latter must obtain regular MA-C within 6-months of hire).

  • Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

  • Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
