We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Ripley, MS. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering weekly pay and a consistent day shift schedule.
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting physicians and healthcare providers with both administrative and clinical responsibilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Take and record patient vital signs

Prepare patients for medical examinations

Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers

Maintain and update patient medical records

Assist with front office tasks including scheduling, check-in, and documentation

Ensure exam rooms are clean and well-stocked
Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certification or relevant clinical experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
