Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nail Tech to join our team. In this role, you will provide routine and at-risk foot care services in a clinical setting, supporting physicians and patients across our area offices. The Nail Technician will also cross-train in Medical Assisting and Front Desk workflows, offering variety and opportunities to expand your healthcare experience.
Nail Technician Job Type:
  • Full-time
  • Clinic hours (Monday - Friday)
Nail Technician Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
  • Perform routine and at-risk foot care pedicures in a clinical environment

  • Provide excellent patient care with compassion, professionalism, and respect

  • Sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and work areas in compliance with state board regulations and safety guidelines

  • Maintain accurate sanitation records, autoclave logs, and cleaning logs

  • Assist clinic staff with scheduling, appointment management, and patient documentation

  • Accurately enter data into electronic systems

  • Cross-train and assist with medical assistant or front desk responsibilities as needed

Nail Technician Required Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Active Manicurist or Cosmetologist License in the North Carolina

  • 1+ years of professional experience as a nail technician or pedicurist (clinical experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to build positive relationships with patients, providers, and teammates

  • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with a team-first attitude

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting

  • Basic knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy

  • Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
