The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about aesthetic medicine, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to support both clinical and administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth client experience. This role is essential in delivering a seamless, elevated client experience while supporting providers and maintaining a polished clinical environment.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Support
- Assist providers during aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, and other treatments as needed)
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and equipment before and after procedures
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized clinical environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Stock treatment rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure readiness throughout the day
- Take patient vitals, update medical history, ensure proper documentation in EMR, ensure proper consent forms are filled out
- Capture high-quality before-and-after photos and create side-by-side comparisons using designated software
- Perform follow-up calls to address patient questions or concerns after treatment
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care
- Draw blood and assist with PRF and PRF Gel setup in the lab
- Greet patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Room patients efficiently to ensure they feel comfortable and informed
- Assist patients to checkout after treatment completion and remind them about pre booking their next appt
- Support patients with skincare product recommendations and purchases
- Send electronic prescriptions for nurses and aestheticians as directed
- Order, receive and organize all medical supplies for the medspa
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Assist with creating social media content, including photos and videos, in alignment with the nurse and medspa’s brand and aesthetic
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or relevant healthcare certification strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a medspa or dermatology/aesthetic clinic strongly preferred
- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and skincare products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with EMR systems and general office technology
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced patient focused environment
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude
