- Responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals.
- Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.

- Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
- Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
- Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
- Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals
- Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
- Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community
- Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it), Personal Training Certification is highly preferred
- 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer (or show us you are willing to learn)
- Plenty of hours on offer must be available on weekends
- Character, care, and communication skills
- Energetic and attentive
- Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
- Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
- Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
- Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
