Job Description

Description:

As a Merchandising Intern,   you will collaborate with an experienced Merchandising and Design team to analyze and optimize merchandising performance across our personalized products platform. You will work closely with senior merchandising professionals to assess product effectiveness and develop comprehensive merchandising reports on sales performance. Your role will also include working on product filters an tagging, and optimizing merchandise placement on site pages to improve customer navigation and product discoverability.

Our internships are full-time positions, and interns should expect to work Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week, typically between 8 AM-5 PM. Specific team norms around working hours will be communicated by your manager. Interns should not have conflicts such as classes or other employment during the workday. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester/trimester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes. Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Business or Merchandising, or a related field, with an expected graduation conferral date between May-June 2026.
  • Able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the course of a 10 to 12-week summer internship between May through September 2026.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $20.00 an hour.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Position requires regular, continuous use of a computer.
  • Position requires regular sitting and standing and walking.
  • Position requires regular interaction with team members through in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email.
  • This is a hybrid position. Candidates are expected in the office M, T & Th with optional work from home days Wednesday & Friday.
