Job Description
Responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and managing IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery. This is an onsite, hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work within hybrid cloud environments
- Implement and troubleshoot multi-site Windows and Linux/UNIX based application environments
- Resolve client technical issues and provide system-level guidance
- Perform regular system administration tasks including patching and security remediation compliance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ISO 27000 series security requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Cloud infrastructure management experience
- Experience with Windows Server Platform enterprise management
- Experience with Powershell, other automation tools Terraform, etc.
- Experience with SQL Server database systems administration
- Working knowledge of IT standards, concepts, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in time-sensitive situations
Preferred
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting server systems in WAN/LAN environments
- At least 3 years of experience working with Azure in production environments
- Entra AD/Active Directory management is a plus.
- Industry certifications such as AZ-900 and AZ-104
Expectations
- This position requires regular availability outside of standard business hours for critical issue resolution and planned maintenance
- Must be comfortable with remote work arrangements and virtual collaboration tools
