Job Description

Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a MilitaryExercise Planner to provide 2-Star Level planning and operations support to the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) G-3/5/7 and Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. This effort will support the CCoE’s mission to train and educate the world's best Cyberspace, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Signal Operators while developing DOTMLPF-P solutions, in order to conduct effective and integrated cyberspace, EW, and signal operations supporting Unified Land Operations (multi-domain battle).

Responsibilities

    • Serves as advisor/consultant to the Chief of Training Cyber Center of Excellence, G3/5/7 on Command's planning events, activities, and actions.
    • Executes action officer-level duties in all matters involving interpretation, formulation, and evaluation of executive policies and procedures for designated planning efforts IAW government requirements.
    • Ensures plans meet the intent of the Command's Strategy and Campaign Plan for execution of crisis and/or contingency operations; identifies potential conflicts and recommends resolutions.
    • Ensures critical actions are properly handled within prescribed timelines and meets identified mission and planning requirements.
    • Serves as the single point of contact for the status of assigned plans and issues identified as high priority items by the Chief, Director, or the Command Group.
    • Executes major projects and analytical reviews designed to resolve problems determining appropriate CCoE/TRADOC/CAC/Army Operations roles and responsibility in large-scale, multi-echelon military operations, e.g., planning for and response to large-scale foreign support activities.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of In-depth knowledge of the unified/specified command structure and of the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps organizations is required. Unified/Specified command structure is essential to coordinating JOPES issues between supporting and supported GCCs for operations that transcend traditional AOR boundaries.
  • Three (3) years of experience, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of requirements and capabilities as well as timetables with an emphasis on crisis action procedures in support of time-sensitive deployments in support of real-world crisis.
  • Prior military education level must be equivalent to attendance to the Master Leader’s Course (MLC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE) Graduate, with Joint Operations and Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience or Sergeant Major Course Graduate.
  • In lieu of miliary experience/education, contractor must have successfully completed a 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours appropriate to the work of the position, e.g. English, Planner, Business and Business Analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System
