Job Description

TITLE: Mississippi Branch Manager

REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

SUPERVISES: All branch employees in Mississippi

EXPECTATIONS OF WORK HOURS: Full Time

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILIIES:

  1. Adhere to and implement all of the Company's policies and procedures and compliance with all accreditation standards

  2. Coverage of Mississippi Branches as needed. (Pascagoula, Ridgeland, Gulf Port)

  3. Hire and manage employees in the branch office

  4. Take all appropriate actions to ensure branch complies with applicable laws and regulations

  5. Maintain all licenses for the office

  6. Assist with annual employee evaluation and ensure that employees are compliant with annual requirements

  7. Manage cost of goods

  8. Maintain par levels of all equipment

  9. Oversee training of all branch employees.

  10. Comply with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care.

  11. Develop/maintain technical knowledge of the respiratory products/services provided by PTM and be able to provide information of same to others upon request.

  12. Educate patients in proper use and care of respiratory equipment, primarily PAP equipment in both the office and home settings.

  13. Inform the physicians and appropriate others of the changes in the patient's condition/status through reports and email, fax and telephone communications.

  14. Assist in resolving patient therapy and equipment problems.

  15. Perform troubleshooting and required maintenance checks on PAP related equipment, bag and tag and enter into Brightree according to PTM policy.

  16. Document/complete timely and accurately all therapy and patient interactions into Brightree along with appropriate paperwork according to PTM policy..

  17. Assist compliance team with achieving PTM patient compliance goals.

  18. Maintain PAP pick up rates in accordance with PTM goals.

  19. Deliver patient care in a professional and courteous manner meeting the customer services standards according to PTM policy.

  20. Provide patient equipment and supplies according to the physicians' prescription while achieving PTM goals and standards for same equipment and supplies

  21. Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company and accreditation standards.

  22. All other duties as assigned
