Reports To: Mitigation Manager

What You'll Do

As a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis, you'll be on the front lines when disaster strikes-helping families and businesses recover from fire, flood, and storm damage. This role is about more than cleanup; it's about restoring peace of mind when people need it most. You'll:

• Serve your community in times of crisis.
• Mitigate water, fire, mold, and other property damage.
• Work with urgency and empathy to reassure customers.

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. frequently
• Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed
• Desire to keep learning and advancing

Your Role on the Team

• Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and related services to Paul Davis standards.
• Provide excellent customer service with urgency and professionalism.
• Keep trucks, tools, and equipment organized and ready.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and support teammates when needed.
