Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Greet and scan the customer's items and bag if needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain composure with customers at all times

- Knowledge and responsibility to facilitate company policies and procedures
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong math skills
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers, employees and management
