This position provides an opportunity to build a career within an exciting market of the insurance industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, self-starter to join our Case Management Team. This candidate will be responsible for proactive tracking and management of enrollment / re-enrollments for Life and Disability insurance Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) and multi-Life plans. This role will establish enrollment strategies required to meet participation quotas to drive profitable results. The Case Manager- Multi-Life Solutions will build relationships with our insurance professional partners and, when required at the partners' request, build direct relationships with plan sponsors. This position will report to the Case Manager Team Lead- Multi-Life Solutions and Vice President(s) of Case Management.
Essential Functions:
- Learn and become an expert in the enrollment process
- Understand and leverage carriers' enrollment capabilities, services and tools
- Proactively manage communication with the goal of improving enrollment and reenrollment effectiveness
- Manage plans based on issued offers and amend when required
- Oversee the delivery of policies to clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Develop and communicate enrollment strategy with both internal/external partners
- Develop enrollment project plans
- Develop employee communication and education tools and materials
- Review eligibility files for quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with Accounting team on billing
- Process plan terminations and porting of policies
- Process ad hoc newly eligible enrollments
Successful
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required
- Experience in the GSI Individual Disability Insurance industry a plus
- Life and Health licensed (can be attained following hire)
- Strong growth and business development orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong technical aptitude - ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems
- Proven ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Strong organization skills/ability to manage multiple demands and priorities
- Excellent problem solving/problem resolution
- Projects confidence and enthusiasm about the company
- Outgoing, excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work/partner with a close team
- Strong relationship management skills
- Results oriented
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may require additional hours to meet goals. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-7 years of related industry experience
- Must have an active Life and Health License (Can be attained following hire)

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
