Key Responsibilities
- · Organize and implement SOPs for running a diverse aerospace R&D Shop
- · Plan and execute facilities improvements and capital equipment.
- · Train and certify engineers on using the shop tools safely and efficiently.
- · Fabricate custom tooling, parts, jigs, and equipment to support the core engineering effort.
- · Pinch hitter for all things that need to be made and tested under one roof.
