  • Behavior & Management: Strictly enforce classroom management and behavioral plans to maintain an environment conducive to high-level learning.
  • IEP & Data Support: Assist teachers in preparing paperwork for the ARD/IEP process. This includes collecting and entering critical data for special education reports and compliance documents.
  • Differentiated Instruction: Help plan and prepare materials to ensure instruction is tailored to the individual needs of each student.
  • Student Supervision: Ensure student safety and engagement during non-instructional times, including breakfast, recess, lunch, dismissal, and special school events.
  • Testing: Assist with the administration of assessments and provide specialized accommodations as required.
