The Work You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for installing high-performance HVAC systems in high-end custom homes and residential new construction projects. This includes:

  • Sheet metal fabrication and ductwork

  • Hydronic radiant heating and cooling systems

  • Geothermal installations

  • Fuel gas piping

  • Refrigeration and low-voltage controls

Your attention to detail and pride in your work will be key in delivering outstanding results for our clients — and in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (sheet metal, geothermal, hydronics, or related fields)

  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail

  • Team player who works well in a collaborative environment

  • Must be 24+ years old

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

  • EPA certification preferred

  • Safety-minded with knowledge of industry standards
