The Work You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for installing high-performance HVAC systems in high-end custom homes and residential new construction projects. This includes:
Sheet metal fabrication and ductwork
Hydronic radiant heating and cooling systems
Geothermal installations
Fuel gas piping
Refrigeration and low-voltage controls
Your attention to detail and pride in your work will be key in delivering outstanding results for our clients — and in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of HVAC installation experience (sheet metal, geothermal, hydronics, or related fields)
Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Must be 24+ years old
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
EPA certification preferred
Safety-minded with knowledge of industry standards
