Job Description
The Nissan Graduate MBA Intern Program is a highly selective professional internship experience, designed to fill our leadership pipeline through high-impact stretch assignments. Targeted business functions for learning may include, but are not limited to: Manufacturing Operations, Engineering & Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Program Management, Product Planning, Corporate Planning, Marketing & Sales, Finance, & Sales Finance.
Job Functions

- Receive guidance and mentorship from Nissan Graduate Program alumni to provide valuable insights and support throughout your internship

Minimum Qualifications
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
Education:
Pursuing an MBA degree from a recognized institution. Demonstrated record of high academic performance.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive full-time professional work experience prior to enrollment in MBA program. Strong interest in, or previous experience in the automotive industry is desired.
Supervisory Experience:
Previous experience in a Manager or Supervisor position is strongly preferred, providing leadership, coaching, guidance, training and contributing to staff development. Previous people leadership and/or program/project management experience is required.
Computer Skills: Thorough computer knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, other PC applications, or mainframe applications to resolve complex problems in day-to-day situations.

Travel:Day or overnight travel as needed. Frequency varies based on functional area and business needs.
