DUTIES:

• Must keep a healthy working environment with the public, vendors, and co-workers.
• Assist with ordering and receiving of inventory.
• Responsible for invoices entered for North Country.
• Responsible for keeping the correct margins on all inventory items.
• Responsible for coding invoices to correct departments.
• Responsible for monthly inventory count that it is complete and accurate.
• Must communicate with finance as needed and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Making sure all inventory is being properly returned as needed.
• Making sure all inventory doesn’t reach an expiration date by returning or reducing.
• Responsible for all inventory to have correct price tags on shelves.
• Responsible for keeping office in an orderly manner.
• Communicates and coordinates with all departments.
• Must be able to manage inventory, report and communicate monthly inventories to manager.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Must have good work performance, attendance, and punctuality.
• Must have good computer knowledge.
• Must be able to converse with the public, vendors, and co-workers.
• Must be present and available to work during peak hours of operation including, holidays, weekends, and all shifts.
• Must be able to report to work for call-ins on any shift.
• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Maintaining confidentiality is an absolute requirement.
• Attends all mandatory trainings and meetings
• All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 at time of hire.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
• Must be able to stand for 10-hour shift.
• Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License
