Job Description
DUTIES:
- Must keep a healthy working environment with the public, vendors, and co-workers.
- Assist with ordering and receiving of inventory.
- Responsible for invoices entered for North Country.
- Responsible for keeping the correct margins on all inventory items.
- Responsible for coding invoices to correct departments.
- Responsible for monthly inventory count that it is complete and accurate.
- Must communicate with finance as needed and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Making sure all inventory is being properly returned as needed.
- Making sure all inventory doesn’t reach an expiration date by returning or reducing.
- Responsible for all inventory to have correct price tags on shelves.
- Responsible for keeping office in an orderly manner.
- Communicates and coordinates with all departments.
- Must be able to manage inventory, report and communicate monthly inventories to manager.
- Must be able to work with little supervision.
- Must have good work performance, attendance, and punctuality.
- Must have good computer knowledge.
- Must be able to converse with the public, vendors, and co-workers.
- Must be present and available to work during peak hours of operation including, holidays, weekends, and all shifts.
- Must be able to report to work for call-ins on any shift.
- Must be honest and trustworthy.
- Maintaining confidentiality is an absolute requirement.
- Attends all mandatory trainings and meetings
- All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 at time of hire.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
- Must be able to stand for 10-hour shift.
- Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License
