- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays
💲 Pay: $15-$17 per hour ( based on experience )
Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Sperry St , PA. This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence.
Responsibilities:✔ Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation✔ Support individuals in engaging with the community and social activities✔ Provide companionship and emotional support✔ Follow individualized care plans and ensure a safe environment
Requirements:✔ Prior experience as a DSP or caregiver preferred (but not required)✔ Reliable transportation✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team✔ Compassionate, patient, and responsible
