You’ll work under RN supervision and within the non-medical home care scope to provide direct care and support for a variety of client needs, while making real connections along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding) and mobility support
  • Perform NA II-approved tasks such as sterile dressing changes, oxygen monitoring, and catheter care under supervision
  • Track and document client conditions, intake/output, and vital signs
  • Support client independence with daily routines and emotional connection
  • Communicate observations clearly with the RN Supervisor and family
  • Keep the home environment safe, clean, and supportive of client's needs
Who You Are
  • An experienced caregiver with confidence and heart
  • Organized, observant, and able to follow care plans closely
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive care team
  • A professional who values integrity, compassion, and trust
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Completed additional training through an NC Board of Nursing-approved NA II program.
  • Currently listed on the NC Board of Nursing Aide II Registry
  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in a home care or facility setting
  • Valid NC driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
  • Clear background check, TB screening, and work eligibility
  • CPR/First Aid certification (highly preferred)
  • Comfortable lifting clients and performing hands-on care
How to Apply
If you're ready to bring your NA II skills into a home care setting that values you as much as you value your clients, let’s connect.
