Job Description
Are you a compassionate Nurse Practitioner looking to make a real impact in skilled nursing facilities? This role involves daily travel throughout your local area to provide specialized wound care, helping residents achieve better outcomes and improved quality of life. You’ll work independently while collaborating with physicians and care teams, delivering high-quality wound assessment, treatment, and management across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment, debridement, and dressing management
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to coordinate care plans
- Travel to skilled nursing facilities within your assigned region
Requirements
- Active APRN and RN licenses
- Master’s degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited NP program
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
