Position Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Primary Care

Location: Globe, Arizona

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | No evenings, weekends, or on-call

Practice Setting: Community-Based Outpatient Primary Care

A well-established primary care clinic in Globe, AZ is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its dedicated, patient-focused team. Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and annual wellness visits
  • Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
  • Educate patients on prevention, medication adherence, and chronic care management
  • Coordinate care with specialists and ensure follow-up is completed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
  • Contribute to clinic quality improvement efforts and team-based initiatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted)
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
  • Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
  • Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment
