Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Cardiology | New Grads Welcome | No Call, Great ScheduleLocation: Phoenix, AZ

Join Our Growing Cardiology Team!We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant-Certified) to join our established and patient-focused cardiology practice. Whether you're a new graduate with a passion for cardiovascular care or an experienced provider seeking a dynamic, collaborative environment, we welcome you to apply.

In this full-time role, you’ll care for a well-established adult patient population across both outpatient clinics and hospital settings. You’ll benefit from a Monday–Friday schedule, no after-hours call, and support from a skilled team of providers. Some weekend rounding will be required, with scheduling designed to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Job Highlights:

  • Title: Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or PA-C)

  • Setting: General cardiovascular services in outpatient and inpatient settings

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, no after-hours call, weekend rounding once per month

  • Employment Type: W2 position with full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage care for adult patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions

  • Coordinate inpatient consults and outpatient follow-ups

  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate

  • Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans

  • Work collaboratively with a team of cardiologists and APPs

  • Provide patient education and promote heart-healthy lifestyles

  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of cardiovascular NP/PA or RN experience preferred, but new grads with a strong interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply

  • Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-C

  • Active, unencumbered state license (or ability to obtain)

  • Passionate about patient-centered care, with a team-focused approach

  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
