$127,587.20 - $160,763.20

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (APP)-either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-to join our multidisciplinary Hematology and Oncology team. This full-time role involves working closely with attending physicians and fellow APPs in the care of patients with gastrointestinal (GI) cancers, cutaneous malignancies, and benign hematologic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and manage follow-up care for patients with GI and skin cancers, as well as benign hematologic disorders.
Collaborate with attending physicians, APP colleagues, nursing staff, and other care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Participate in tumor boards and other educational opportunities
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and supportive care resources.
Document clinical encounters and treatment plans in the electronic medical record (EMR) in accordance with institutional standards.
Onboarding & Training:

Week-by-week onboarding guide with defined clinical milestones.
Direct shadowing with experienced APPs and attending physicians.
Progressive responsibility in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and management.
Ongoing mentorship and feedback to ensure proficiency and autonomy
Optional training in bone marrow biopsy and aspiration will be provided for interested candidates
Schedule:
Full-time/Day Shift
4 10-hour shifts per week
No weekends/no call

Qualifications
Massachusetts NP or PA license
Masters degree from an accredited NP or PA program
Prior experience in oncology or hematology required
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
