Your Role

The RN Site Manager is the on-site operational and clinical leader for one of Near North Health's consolidated health centers. This role ensures safe, high-quality, and efficient care delivery by supervising nursing staff, medical assistants, and support personnel; maintaining compliance with regulatory standards; and driving patient experience and service excellence. The RN Site Manager serves as the single point of accountability at the site level, working in close collaboration with the Director of Operations, MD of Operations, and MD of Quality.

Compensation

Compensation is determined based on each candidate's experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
