About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize electronic health record (EHR) systems to improve clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify informatics needs and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and software.
- Ensure data integrity and security within healthcare information systems.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends in nursing informatics.
- Facilitate communication between IT and clinical teams to enhance system usability.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to informatics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of informatics initiatives on patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Informatics, or a related field.
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification in Nursing Informatics (e.g., ANCC) preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
