- Assist providers in patient care, examinations, and procedures
- Obtain accurate patient medical histories and vital signs
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and supply availability
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and prenatal care
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant certification with minimum 2 years' experience
- Previous experience in OB/GYN setting preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) preferably AthenaOne
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
