Job Description

Position Overview

Inabia Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Therapy team. This role focuses on providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting, supporting functional independence and improved quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care

  • Evaluate patients’ functional abilities related to daily living activities, mobility, cognition, and safety

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional improvement

  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home safety

  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other care team members

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and clinical standards

Schedule & Workload

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Visits: Average of 5–6 patient visits per day

Coverage Area

  • Primary service areas include Anchorage and Eagle River, Alaska

Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Alaska 

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Home health experience preferred but not required

  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
