Position Overview
Inabia Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Therapy team. This role focuses on providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting, supporting functional independence and improved quality of life.
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care
Evaluate patients’ functional abilities related to daily living activities, mobility, cognition, and safety
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional improvement
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home safety
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other care team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and clinical standards
Schedule & Workload
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Visits: Average of 5–6 patient visits per day
Coverage Area
Primary service areas include Anchorage and Eagle River, Alaska

Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Alaska
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Home health experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
