Job Duties:
- Assess residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve residents' functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
- Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory policies.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
