Pay: $60-$68 per hour, DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities Available

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy interventions to help residents regain independence in daily living activities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize outcomes

• Document treatments and progress in compliance with state and facility guidelines

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies

What We're Looking For

• Active California OT license required

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach

• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
