Compensation

  • Starting Rate: $55-$65 per hour
  • Sign-On / Retention Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients, establish individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals.

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to maximize patient independence in activities of daily living.

  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home programs, and safety strategies.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and participate in quality-improvement initiatives.

Required License / Certification

  • Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
