McClure Post Acute | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
Join the caring team at McClure Post Acute! We're seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide personalized rehabilitation services in our in-house therapy program. You'll help residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their quality of life - all in a supportive, team-oriented environment. New graduates are welcome!

What You'll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants
Communicate with the care team on patient progress and goals
Educate patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques
Recommend adaptive equipment to promote independence
Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license (CA)
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
