Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant focussed in the construction field.
What you’ll do:
- Answering and directly incoming phone calls
- Responding to customer inquiries via email
- Filing of Dig Safe, Bonds, & Permits
- Researching and tracking permits
- Maintaining project spreadsheets
- Assist with scheduling
- Creating and sending invoices
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching personnel based on customer requests and job specifications
- Handle customer inquiries in an efficient, timely and customer-focused manner
- Provide customer feedback and updates on project status
- Coordinate deposits and payments
- Back up to several departments and the front desk
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Overseeing facility maintenance, including dealing with contractors and suppliers
- Handle customer service complaints from start to finish
- Perform other related duties as assigned
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Excellent communication and high level organizational skills
- High level computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism with a positive attitude
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Hubspot experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience, $19-$25/hour based on experience
- Open to having this as a part time position
