Job Description
The Office Coordinator acts as the central point of contact and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of Move Concierge’s corporate office. This role combines front desk and administrative support responsibilities to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment. The Office Coordinator supports daily office operations, manages internal and external inquiries, and upholds high standards of organization and service across all interactions.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities. They take initiative, maintain composure under pressure, and ensure the office operates smoothly and professionally at all times.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in our corporate office in Farmers Branch, Texas. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional flexibility may be required based on partner needs or business priorities.

Essential Job Functions
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, customers, and partners via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.
Monitor and manage the company’s general information inbox, responding or routing messages appropriately.
Greet and assist guests, ensuring all visitors are welcomed and directed efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and package distribution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
Support daily office operations, including inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Assist with onboarding of new employees which includes setting up workstations, organizing office tours, and coordinating office-related needs.
Help schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate company events or team activities.
Ensure conference rooms are fully prepared and equipped for meetings, including materials, and refreshments as needed.
Ensure the break room and shared spaces are stocked, tidy, and ready for use.
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
One to three years of experience in an office administration or front desk role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable managing competing requests and working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and general office equipment.
Positive, proactive, and flexible “can-do” attitude.
