Job Description

Office Manager - AquaLawn / Esser Plumbing and HeatingLocation: Perham, MNCompensation: $23.75 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Seasonal, March 15 through December 15, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMAquaLawn, a division of Esser Plumbing and Heating, is a thriving lawn irrigation company looking for a highly capable Office Manager to support our growing operation. This 9-month seasonal role is intentionally designed for an experienced office professional who enjoys meaningful responsibility during peak business months without the expectation of a year-round schedule. The position is fully integrated into leadership and day-to-day operations from March through mid-December, with a structured and professional transition at the end of the season.What You’ll Do• Manage the billing and accounts receivable processes• Dispatch and coordinate lawn irrigation installation and service technicians• Support project planning, data management, and reporting• Identify and implement workflow improvements• Provide administrative and technical support to keep operations efficientRequired Skills and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of admin., office management, or customer service experience;
- scheduling or dispatch experience highly preferred;
- familiarity with billing, accounts receivable, or data reporting.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new technology; analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset; customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements This is primarily office-based work involving sitting or standing at a workstation for extended periods; regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment; occasional movement of office supplies or files (up to 25 lbs); seasonal periods involve increased pace and workload.What We Offer – enjoy the same benefits as our year-round employees!
