About the Role
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to keep our San Francisco HQ running smoothly and support day-to-day operations.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role - perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and loves creating an environment where others can do their best work.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day office operations: ordering supplies, managing snacks, coordinating cleaning/vendors, and keeping everything running smoothly
Coordinate internal events: monthly team lunches, offsites, happy hours, and seasonal celebrations
Support external events: help with logistics and materials for conferences, field dinners, and customer meetups
Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings, travel, and onboarding
Own vendor relationships across facilities, food, furniture, and equipment
Jump in on ad hoc projects across people, recruiting, and ops
