As a Surface Experts Office Manager, your job is to drive the operational functions of the business to enable our team to perform at its best every day. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.Job Benefits:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving operational efficiency through

· Optimization of our service schedule

· Managing the fleet of vehicles for the company

· Managing weekly expenses

· Inventory, procurement, Invoicing and Accounts Payable

· Managing and reporting on company data

Required Qualifications:

· Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic

· Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record

· Organized multi-tasker

· Professional, caring and service-minded

Preferred Skills:

· General working knowledge of property, moving, hospitality and/or construction industry

· Experience using CRM tool and process

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
