Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping families feel welcome and supported? The Learning Experience of Horizon West is looking for a dedicated Office Manager to be the smiling face that greets our families and supports our team behind the scenes!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team, work in a joyful early childhood environment, and help create a positive first impression for our little learners and their families.

What You'll Do:

• Greet children, families, and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily front desk operations
• Support enrollment and onboarding processes for new families
• Maintain accurate student records, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, attendance tracking, and supply ordering
• Assist the leadership team and teachers with administrative tasks as needed
• Help coordinate school events, birthdays, and special celebrations
• Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and professional

What You'll Bring:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy preschool environment
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Previous front desk, clerical, or administrative experience (preferred)
• Experience in a childcare or preschool setting (a plus, but not required)
• Proficient in English (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)
