Job Description

-Support Project Managers and office staff-Learn on the fly, fast paced growing company/various software-Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft office-Expense reporting, calendar management, travel arrangements-Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders-Compliance management -Excellent customer skills/answering incoming calls/coordinate with vendors and customers-Filing/organizing job charts-Preparing letters and general documents-Assist with business development and marketing-Process incoming and outgoing mail, drop packages off as required-Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the office environment-Keep track of office supplies
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per week
